Eurostars Universal Lisboa exceeded all expectations. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with very comfortable rooms and exceptionally attentive staff. The breakfast is excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring Lisbon. Definitely a top choice — I’ll be back!

The hotel is located in the Bairro Alto district. It is a picturesque and vibrant neighborhood, easy walking distance to the central shopping district, but much less crowded. The hotel is set in a beautifully renovated 19th century building. The service is wonderful; the staff is professional, but very warm and helpful. This is now my hotel of choice in Lisbon.

Very nice room in a historic hotel. The oldest hotel on the Iberian Peninsula.

This hotel was a great choice. We had a suite and it was outstanding. The staff was efficient and professional. The breakfast each morning was perfect and the kitchen and service staff were great. We really enjoyed ourselves and will return in the future.

Our room is spotless and the location is just amazing. 7 minutes walk to the train station, 3 minutes walk from the old town wall, and everything is walking distance, without the noise of the town during the night.
